Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are packed by hand at our Philadelphia HQ, typically within 2–4 business days, then shipped via USPS with delivery typically within 3–7 business days for US orders. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping? Standard US shipping is $3.00.
Do you offer local pickup in Philadelphia? Not yet, but we're working on it. Philly folks, keep an eye out!
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the US only. Want us to ship to your country? Tell us at HQ@cryptidrecordsphl.com.
My tracking hasn't moved / my package seems lost. What should I do? If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at HQ@cryptidrecordsphl.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy? Because our releases and merch are made in small batches, all sales are final and we don't accept returns except if an item arrives damaged. We are happy to accept (unworn) exchanges for a different size within 14 days, though additional shipping fees may apply. We keep runs small on purpose (it's part of how we stay sustainable and keep things fun and interesting), so please double-check details before ordering. If you're unsure about anything, email us before you buy, we're happy to answer any questions!
What if my item arrived damaged? We'll fix it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at HQ@cryptidrecordsphl.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost (if a replacement is no longer available, we'll work with you on a solution). Details in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order? We pack fast, so we can't guarantee changes after an order is placed, but email us right away at HQ@cryptidrecordsphl.com with your order number and we'll do our best if it hasn't shipped yet.
Our Merch
How is your merch made? All of our shirts and hoodies are screen-printed in-house at our Philadelphia print studio by the Cryptid Records team. Our drinkware and some of our hats are printed via a third party.
How do your shirts fit? And how should I care for my printed items? See each individual product description for sizing information. To help your print last a long time, wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble dry low.
Can you print merch for my band? Yes! Our in-house studio prints merch for other bands and artists. Reach out at HQ@cryptidrecordsphl.com with what you're thinking and we'll talk details.
Will sold-out items come back? Sometimes! Small batches mean things sell out, but favorites do get reprinted. Following us on Instagram or signing up for our newsletter are the fastest ways to hear about restocks and new drops.

What does my purchase actually support? Every purchase from Cryptid Records helps fund artist wellness programs, like mental health check-ins and tour wellness support for our artists, and low-cost or free events for the Philadelphia music community.
What is Cryptid Records? We're an independent record label based in Philadelphia, PA. We work with artists, hand-print merch, host community events, and build wellness support directly into how we work with artists. Read the whole story on our Our Story page.
